1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the betasus website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the betasus Platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

betasus reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or on-platform notification.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the betasus Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. betasus strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of betasus, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the betasus Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing wagers.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the betasus Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. betasus reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify betasus immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. betasus shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

betasus is required to conduct identity verification checks on all registered players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to submit any documentation requested by betasus for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals withheld until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betasus accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. betasus reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Currency

All transactions on the betasus Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. betasus is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. betasus reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to review and processing times that may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any applicable KYC or bonus wagering requirements. betasus aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. betasus reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any fraud investigation or verification check.

4.5 Prohibited Transactions

You must not use the betasus Platform to process transactions on behalf of any third party. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. betasus reserves the right to reverse any deposit and suspend any account where third-party payment activity is detected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

betasus may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. betasus reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith or in violation of these Terms.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible player once only. betasus reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify any player from a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a bonus offer.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry. betasus is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the betasus Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

betasus uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. betasus does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the respective game information panels.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, betasus reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. betasus shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betasus Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betasus staff, support agents, or other players.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

betasus is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within your account dashboard after logging in.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the betasus Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of betasus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of betasus.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betasus, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

betasus does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, betasus's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall betasus's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betasus account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

betasus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Suspected money laundering or violation of applicable AML regulations.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from your payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting betasus support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform our support team so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied.

12. Amendments to These Terms

betasus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material, betasus will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the betasus Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

betasus operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily by betasus may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact betasus in good faith and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for betasus to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
